LANCE LOPEZ TO LAUNCH NEW INTERNET RADIO SHOW TODAY

"SALVATION FROM SUNDOWN" AVAILABLE NOW ON MIG MUSIC

Texas blues rocker LANCE LOPEZ has started his own internet radio show called "LANCE LOPEZ'S Blues-Rock Basement". The show debuts tomorrow at www.RadioDG.com and will air at 11:00 AM EST with a replay at 5:00 PM EST.

LANCE cannot wait for premiere of his new internet radio show:

"I'm so stoked about my upcoming online radio show! We are calling it "LANCE LOPEZ'S Blues-Rock Basement" and it will be featured on RadioDG.com which is connected to the brand new online guitar instructional website, Dangerousguitar.com. I have also been filming lessons for Dangerous Guitar, and the site will also feature legendary guitarist such as Rick Derringer and George Lynch. My online radio show will feature obscure Blues, Classic Hard Rock and Blues-Rock music that heavily influenced my guitar playing and music. I will be giving brief descriptions of each song as well as what kind of gear was used to record it as well as the stories behind the songs and where they were recorded. I use my Facebook like this anyway, sharing obscure music and all my favorite stuff anyway, so it's nice to finally have my own radio show."

This March, LANCE and his band have been tearing across the states on tour. Last week they made a stop in Los Angeles, CA at LaBrie's Lounge. Check out LANCE and the band jamming the title track from his latest release "Salvation From Sundown" at: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UA8WWKTEV7Q

LANCE had the following to say about the Los Angeles gig:

"It was so great to be back in California, we have many fans and friends there, and over the years they have just become like family, and we are always making new friends and fans each time we go out there. I always love being on the West Coast in Spring time, it really inspires me for the year. 'Salvation from Sundown' was captured on film live at our Los Angeles stop at LaBrie's Lounge in Glendale, California. 'Salvation' has really grown onstage the last couple of tours and morphed into a very astral sort of jam during the outro. On the album it fades really quickly during the outro, but live we really take into a very spacey sort of spiritual jam, which allows me to connect to another dimension with my guitar and I just let it play itself..."

LOPEZ's latest release "Salvation From Sundown" is available now on MIG Music. Intentionally conceived as a more traditional Texas blues styled offering, it's the guitarist's most mature recording to date, showcasing strong songwriting while still retaining the red-hot fretwork which has elicited none other than guitar god Jeff Beck to call him "A very exciting and intense blues guitarist".
