ELUVEITIE Release Making of "Havoc" Video!

Swiss new wave of folk metal icons ELUVEITIE have released a short documentary on the making of their video clip for the song "Havoc". Check out what went into making the video here. 

"Havoc comes off the bands highly anticipated upcoming album Helvetios. The video was produced by Polish production company Grupa13 (BEHEMOTH, AMON AMARTH) who has worked with the band most recently on the clips for “A Rose For Epona” and “Thousandfold“ - the latter coming off the last album, Everything Remains... As It Never Was.
Helvetios will be released on February 28 in North America via Nuclear Blast. Pre-order the album with or without an exclusive shirt design from the following locations Nuclear Blast USA, Nuclear Blast Europe, iTunes, Amazon (US).

Helvetios is a concept album about the gaulish war (58-50 B.C.), the story of the war being told in a chronological timeline. Check out Chrigel explaining the concept behind Helvetios here.

ELUVEITIE will unleash its fourth studio album in the midst of the North American portion of the band’s Helvetios World Tour. ELUVEITIE will take the stage in the US and Canada this winter as direct support to the mighty CHILDREN OF BODOM on their 15^th Anniversary tour.

THREAT SIGNAL: New Song Posted Online!

Canadian based modern heavy metal outfit, THREAT SIGNAL, has posted a brand new track on their Facebook page. Visit www.facebook.com/ThreatSignal to stream or download the song “Fallen Disciples”, which comes from the groups upcoming self-titled record.

Threat Signal, the follow up to their 2009 release Vigilance and the band’s third over all release, will be available in physical and digital formats on October 7 (Europe) and October 11 (North America).

Threat Signal was produced and mixed by renowned audio mastermind Zeuss (CHIMAIRA, HATEBREED, ALL THAT REMAINS, THE ACACIA STRAIN, BORN OF OSIRIS, SHADOWS FALL, AGNOSTIC FRONT, ARSIS) at Planet-Z Recordings in Hadley, MA. Artwork (attached) was created by Colin Marks (ORIGIN, SCAR SYMMETRY, SUICIDE SILENCE, EXODUS).

THREAT SIGNAL recently posted a new webisode online chronicling drummer Alex Rudinger’s recording sessions for the band’s forthcoming third studio album. Head over here to check out the behind-the-scenes footage.

Vigilance, the groups 2nd outing, was produced by vocalist Jon Howard and mixed by Greg Reely (FEAR FACTORY, FRONT LINE ASSEMBLY). The record was released on September 8th 2009 (N. America)) via Nuclear Blast Records and sold around 1,100 copies in its first week of sales in the United States. The CD landed at position No. 32 on the Top New Artist Albums (Heatseekers) chart, which lists the best-selling albums by new and developing artists, defined as those who have never appeared in the Top 100 of The Billboard 200.
