RISING’s crushing, 10-track debut effort To Solemn Ash captures the band's melding of sludge/stoner rock and straight-up classic metal. The effort was produced by new producer talent Jakob Reichert Nielsen, mastered by Alan Douches (Converge, Mastodon, High On Fire, etc.) and features artwork of renowned Danish artist Jakob Printzlau aka Plastic Kid (Lack, Volbeat, BMTH, Kashmir, etc.). Set for release via Exile on Mainstream Records in Germany September 30th, the rest of Europe October 24th and North America at the end of January 2012, the album will be made available as 4-panel digifile CD, gatefold 180-gram vinyl LP and digital download.
