The band will be touring in support of their soon-to-be-unleashed Avenger full-length, set to drop on August 16, 2011 via At A Loss Recordings. Avenger was produced by Toshi Kasai (Melvins, Shrinebuilder, Tool), mastered by John Golden (Melvins, Mike Watt, OM) and includes appearances by Dale Crover (Altamont, The Melvins, Shrinebuilder), Brent Hinds (Mastodon) and Scott Kelly (Neurosis, Shrinebuilder). For preorder info, point your browser HERE.
Additionally, TOTIMOSHI will be selling copies of their new, very limited split 7" with the Melvins (released through Volcom) throughout the tour.
Commented guitarist/vocalist Antonio Aguilar: "TOTIMOSHI is honored to be sharing a 7" with one of our favorite bands in the world, the Melvins. There will only be 1000 pressed and 200 available through us, so you better get out to the venues!"

In related news,TOTIMOSHI recently unleashed their brand new video for "Avenger." The video was written and directed by Aguilar and produced by Toshi Kasai and Page Hamilton at King Soul Studios. Check it out HERE.
Founded in Oakland, CA in 1997 by Aguilar and Meg Castellanos (bass, vocals), TOTIMOSHI went through a slew of drummers before joining visions with Kansas City's Chris Fugitt. Fugitt, a ferocious drummer who's part John Bonham, part Keith Moon, part Elvin Jones, further ignited this volcanic trio into what it is today. Churning a distinctly singular kind of acid-induced rhythmic Hendrix-meets-Dick Dale band of rock, their albums are a journey into the soul. Their live sets are pure energy slowly smoldering into combustion. Past releases Mysterioso?, Monolí, Ladrón, and Milagrosa have received countless rave reviews and new album, Avenger, will no doubt satisfy fans and critics alike once again.

"Occasionally a band comes along defying trends and classifications and just rocks without pretense. Raw, honest music that fills you full of hope again. Music that makes you think and rethink what you know about it too. One such band is TOTIMOSHI... " -- Metal Army America
"Sludge metal meets alternative metal meets 70s hard rock... an album which – with the presence of elements from a number of different rock genres – probably will have a broad appeal among fans of alternative rock/metal, sludge metal, psychedelic heavy rock, progressive hard rock and perhaps even dark progressive metal along the lines of Psychotic Waltz." -- Sea Of Tranquility
"It reaches the luminous place that Charlie Sexton's Under the Wishing Tree occupied, the union of 'roots' and 'rock.'" -- Pitchfork
